• to fulfill contractual obligations and for management of customer and supplier relations (e.g. for collecting orders and order confirmations, for stipulating contracts, for delivering goods or services, for producing invoices or credit notes);

You may exercise your rights against the data controller at any time in accordance with article 7 of Legislative Degree no. 196/2003 which for your convenience is reproduced in full below.
Art. 7 – Right of Access to Personal Data and Other Rights

1. The concerned party has the right to ascertain whether or not personal data concerning him or her exists, even if still not recorded, and be communicated such data in intelligible form.
2. The concerned party has the right to be informed:
   a) of where the personal data has come from;
   b) of the purposes and methods of processing;
   c) of the logic applied if the processing is carried out using electronic means;
   d) of the details of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
   e) of the persons or categories of persons the personal data may be communicated to or who may come to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the territory of the State, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of processing.
3. The concerned party has the right to:
   a) have the data updated, corrected or, if so desired, completed;
   b) have data that has been processed unlawfully deleted, rendered anonymous or blocked, including all data the keeping of which is not necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
   c) obtain a declaration to the effect that the operations as at a) and b) above have been made known, content included, to the persons to whom the data was communicated or divulged, unless this obligation proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right being protected.
4. The concerned party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
   a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though relevant to the purpose of the collection;
   b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where effected for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials for market surveys or commercial communications.
